Perhaps This Isn't Where I Want to Be

I’d appreciate it if you’d stop bitching to me about how awful your girlfriend is and just break up with her already.  You always comment on how she’s such a bitch and ungrateful and crazy - and I’m sitting here, the most grateful and nice person to you in the world, and I’m just thrown to the curb.  I understand you have history with her, but you’re miserable.  Absolutely miserable, and I can tell.
